Vitas Naudziunas MPT, BSc
Registered Physiotherapist
Born and raised in Toronto I have always been involved in sports and physical activity. Although I played many sports recreationally, basketball was my main focus all throughout highschool, into my NCAA career and finally playing overseas in Spain.
After finishing my playing career, I continued on the path of getting into health sciences by completing my Masters at the University of Western Ontario. Since graduating I have worked in a wide variety of settings from working with athletes in sports settings to working with the elderly in the public sector. Over the five plus years in the field I have seen and treated a wide variety of conditions.
My treatment approach relies heavily on educating the patient and using research to apply the most appropriate and effective care. The better that one understands their condition, the better we can begin managing it. Along with that I take on a very active approach with a strong focus on building strength, mobility and overall resiliency. I use a wide array of other hands on treatments techniques as well when indicated.
