Front Foot Elevated Squat-
This is a great and scalable exercise to anyone that can work on mobility of the hip, ankle and knee along with allowing strengthening in a full range of motion with the foot elevated.
Runners step downs- This is a great drill to work on balance as well as hip strength. Excellent drill for runners to work on lateral hip strength. Can be used in knee rehab
Kickstand Squat-
This exercise works on strength of the hip and knee as well as addressing some ankle mobility.

Active Quad mobility-
Improve mobility of quad along with end range contraction of hamstring
Active Hamstring mobility-
Improve mobility of hamstring along with end range contraction of the quads
Knee rotations-
The knee predominantly bends and straightens but there is also components of rotation needed for full range. This takes the knee joint through its' full range of motion.
Rear elevated split squat-
Unilateral leg strength exercise. Here I added a band for extra resistance
